Next, make your way to Paramoor, known for its minimal intervention winemaking. The winery’s sustainable practices allow the unique terroir to shine through in every bottle. Here you will also experience the joy of green viticulture wines with Lord Malmsbury joining Paramoor over the festival weekend. Relax in their peaceful country setting while tasting a range of exceptional wines and enjoying a wood fired pizza.

Finish your day with dinner at The Albion Kyneton, a beloved local pub serving regional cuisine with an emphasis on fresh, local produce. Pair your meal with a fine selection of local wines and craft beers for a true taste of the Macedon Ranges.
