Shadowfax
Shadowfax’s flagship vineyard Little Hampton sits at more than 700m above sea level, where the days are cool and the nights colder. Snow falls here every winter, and cooling breezes blow through spring and summer. Fruit ripens in the autumn, accumulating extraordinary flavour and retaining excellent acidity. Closely planted in the traditional way, each vine receives all the care and attention needed to ripen to perfection. The premium wines produced are expressive of the vineyard’s unique high-altitude site.
